He often helps clients with residential and investment properties in Ada and Canyon Counties in Idaho, bringing a depth of knowledge and a personal touch to every transaction.
Before becoming a real estate broker in 2009, Willie worked in managerial roles in the telecommunications and office equipment industries. Throughout his professional career, he’s enjoyed addressing customer challenges and turning negative experiences into positive ones. Willie is dedicated to his clients’ best interests and ensuring a positive outcome when they look to buy or sell a home.
In his work as a real estate broker, Willie is inspired by helping individuals reach their goals and is fulfilled when he’s able to help clients navigate the uncertainty of a transaction. When he’s not working, Willie enjoys playing tennis, golf and spending time with the family.

Willie started off by touring us around Boise to get a sense of which neighborhoods we likes vs. didn't like. He had an abundance of knowledge on each area and the pro's and con's that came with each neighborhood. This was super helpful to us, especially since we were moving in from out of state. Wille was able to lead us through each offer and contract we put in, explaining the in's and out's of each. He didn't push a sale and allowed us to set the pace. He negotiated with other realtors to get us our first home and we are grateful for the behind the scene work that he did to make it happen. The ONLY thing we could critique for the future is more hands on helping during the closing process. Since we were so new to homeownership, and knew nothing about closing, we felt like we needed more assistance than we received (However, if it is not your first time buying/selling then it was probably the appropriate amount of assistance).
